We adhere to the ETSY's shipping policy on our store. We ship the Product or order within 24 Hours. However it may take longer, as we do not mass produce the products. Rest assured you always get a fresh, natural, organic and hygienic Package. Also, Customs Clearance at the destination is the buyer's own responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are not applicable on any food products. We do this to maintain the store transparency about freshness, hygiene, and no back storing. This also applicable to the gift hampers and the merchandise which come with the food product.

However, you can return the Serving, kitchen accessories at your own cost of shipping, as you do understand, we can offer free shipping one way only. To maintain our expenses and providing you with the best taste we can not bear the expenses of return costs. If you want to return at your own cost, we can accept those returns, but before that please contact us.
